Women and men who changed the world. By Dr. Desmond Ford. Christianity. Knowledge about Christ ,learning about him, following him and doing his will daily. It is very hard and challenging, but possible. It takes discipline, and endurance. Having knowledge of Christ. Who walked on this earth, was insulted , yet was a son of God. Through scriptures, we came to know about his work on earth. All these men Dr. Des Ford talk about gives an example of 1000 ways of how mankind can be guided by the holy spirit, in order to do God's Will. Men with Knowledge only buoyed by the blessed hope. I know of a woman, who was insulted daily by her brother in law, because she came from a different tribe. This happened so many times a week and for her life time. This woman's belief in God prevented her to utter any word back to her brother in law. When people asked her why she never answered back. Her answer was, Gods people don't engage in quarrels. Went on to say that God will fight for me. And he did. Her daily prayers were answered in so many ways. She touched so many. I included. She read the whole bible every year. I came read the whole Bible in year at the age of 18. I AM fond of reading the Bible since then. I know of this other woman, every time she was ill and others trying to be sympathetic, she told them that . There are others who are just as ill as lam , and God is aware that lam ill , and l will be fine. She would tell her close friend in trouble that she had gone in a quiet place at three in the night and prayed for them and she could feel Gods presence. Amen
