Miraculous Healing Changes An Atheist’s Mind

Harjun is a man who did not believe in any God. He had been arguing with others that there is no God and he had been living like that for many years.
He worked as a farmer in the remote village of Kanur, India. He did not know anything about God or the holy Bible or about Jesus. And he did not believe in any other gods.
Then he fell seriously sick and got a severe fever and he was on the bed for days. Though he had taken medicines and went to the doctor, he did not get well fully. So his family members took him to other hospitals and the doctors all said nothing was there and there was no problem. But he was weak and unable to get up from the bed. So he had been lying on the bed like that for months.
One day he happened to put on the TV and saw the GNU TV Programme. He did not know what happened because although he didn’t like to hear about God, he watched the full programme and heard the powerful Word of God.
He heard about Jesus healing lepers and the blind. He found this strange to hear but he found himself thinking deeply about this and decided he wanted to hear the Word of God again.
“I give thanks to Jesus for doing a great miracle in my life.”
So the next week he put on the TV and heard the Word of God and then he had a little faith. Something happened in his way of thinking and he started believing in God. So he prayed to Jesus while he was on the bed and he got strength and courage and after one week he got up and was able to walk and move about. He said,
It is Jesus who healed me from my weakness and gave me strength to get up from the bed.
He called me on phone, since I host the GNU TV Programme, and asked me to come to his house to pray and share the Word of God. So I went to his house and shared the Holy Gospel and prayed for him. He is so happy and all his family members are also so happy.
He says,
I did not believe in any God and I had no faith in God. But my sickness helped me to find out who is the true God and to believe in him. It is Jesus who healed me and made me to get up from the bed. Now I believe in Jesus and the Word of God. I give thanks to Jesus for doing a great miracle in my life.
