The Bible’s miracles all contain lessons for us. In the healing of the ten lepers (Luke 17:11–19), the despised Samaritan who returned contrasts with the other nine, who were of Christ’s own privileged people, the Jews.
They had good reason not to return. By law they must show themselves to the priest, so Christ had ordered them to go.
But sometimes the letter of the law kills, and its spirit gives life. Love must overrule law. So Christ said to the one who received grace, “Your faith has made you well”. Spiritually, as well as physically, [the Samaritan] received the nobler blessing.
There is only one reason why anyone will miss out on heaven. It isn’t murder, nor adultery, nor theft, nor lying – but ingratitude!
Never be disturbed because people don’t say “Thank you”. Jesus himself received but 10 per cent – a tithe of thanks.
The issue is the Son question not the sin question. The only reason people will be lost from the kingdom of heaven and eternal life is because they have not appreciated Calvary.
For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already – John 3:17,18.
People are not lost because of their sins, but because they have not been grateful for Christ.
Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God’s wrath remains on him – John 3:36.
Those who lack the spirit of gratitude for Calvary will lose eternal life. We need to see Jesus there on the cross for us. That will bring gratitude – and much more than a tithe.

Hi GNU! Hi Dr. Des Ford! I live in Denmark, but lived in Uganda, until 1991. I love GNU, because one can read the Bible and even hear the word of God, but the only way to understand what the message means to us and to believe in a Christ or a God we have never seen, takes explanation, through encourraging one to read, ponder through prayer and faith, and have one such as Dr Des Ford, Eliezar Gonzales, Rebecca Gonzalez, and othersin order for one to believe. Without getting to understand what the content of each massage, means to us, every one will just have eyes and not see, have ears and not hear. We can memorize the whole Bible, but if we don't understand the meaning, it really doesn't make any difference! We will be like any other people. I have listened to Dr Des Ford, almost every night. i can never go to bed without listining to one of Dr Ford's messages on Youtube. I recently listen to Rebecca Gonzales talk about Marry Magadelene, in the message called "Run." It was so beatifull to hear. Any scripture can lift us to a higher ground, by just understanding , what it means to us. Dr Des Ford speaking on "Tears and Smiles," was the best message I ever heard. Dr Ford testifies to the truthfulness of the Bible. I have gone a little further as Dr Eliezer Gonzalez tells us to try and go a litlle futher with the message, with kindness, loving unconditionally, forgiving others without a doubt, and testifying of Christ at anytime, always keeping ourselves at Gods side. This I believe: that GNU is doing a great work, by leting men, women and children, understand what the Scriptures are saying to us. Thank you for such effort to reach one such as I, so that I may be have the righteousness of Christ. I am sorry If my writing is not up to an expected standard. Just imagine looking at my heart and not the imperfect grammar. My God bless your work May we walk together towards heaven. Live in Christ, Pauline Romans 8.18. Hang on. we shall over come
