“Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervour, serving the Lord” (Rom. 12:11).
Enthusiasm is the key to winning souls for Christ. The word, enthusiasm, comes from two Greek words, “en” meaning in, and “theos” meaning God. An enthusiastic Christian is a person who is on fire for God.
Can you imagine God being anything but enthusiastic about our salvation. He wants you to be with him in his kingdom. He is passionate about your salvation.
And it is his desire that we be full of spiritual fervour in our service for him.
